Candice Czeremuszkin is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and Licensed Audit Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in the regulatory, governance, and audit needs of alternative investment structures. A native of Trinidad & Tobago, Candice has made significant contributions to the financial services industry across the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands (BVI), and Bermuda.

In her role as Advisory Partner at ResourceHub, Candice brings her extensive expertise in private equity, governance, and regulatory compliance to guide the firm’s strategic direction and ensure the delivery of top-tier financial services. Leveraging her leadership experience and deep understanding of global financial markets, Candice plays a crucial role in helping ResourceHub expand its regional profile while developing local talent for international opportunities.

Regional and Global Leadership
As the Managing Partner of Moore Cayman Islands, Candice co-founded Moore Professional Services, overseeing its growth into a leading provider of audit and advisory services, particularly for the alternative investment funds industry. Her leadership helped the firm gain regulatory approvals from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and CIIPA, and she was instrumental in launching the firm’s Regulatory Risk Advisory arm, which strengthens the firm's capabilities in governance, compliance, and risk management.

In her capacity as Global Private Equity Sector Lead at Moore Global, Candice drives Moore’s international private equity strategy, leading cross-border initiatives to improve service quality and share best practices across the firm’s global network. Her role aligns with Moore’s commitment to sector specialization, enhancing its presence and expertise in the growing private equity and alternative investment space.

Contributions and Recognition
Candice is a recognized leader in the industry, having been named one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting and honored multiple times as an Accountancy Age 35 under 35. She also received ACCA Caribbean Member Advocate of the Year (2020) and was named Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year. Her efforts to improve governance and regulatory practices are widely acknowledged, and she continues to play a key role in shaping policy within Moore and the wider financial services industry.
